Donor Policy

Our commitment to you

RAN deeply values the contributions our donors make to sustain our mission. To protect the privacy of our  donors, we maintain the following policies.

RAN collects donor  information and keeps a record of each donor’s giving history. This  information is kept on file for IRS purposes and Financial Reporting and is also used by RAN’s  Resource Development department to make more accurate budget  projections.

In addition, we may collect your name, email address, and  other contact information if you register for an event.

We may collect  your name, email address, telephone number, and payment information and other data when  you make a contribution, either on our website, over the phone, or by  mail.

We will not sell, trade, or share your personal information. We  will not send you mailings on behalf of other organizations.

We will  only share your personal information if you provide us with specific  permission to do so. When making a donation, donors may give RAN permission to list them in its publications either by name or as an  anonymous donor. Donors may request to not be solicited in the future.

Donors may request to not receive mailings such as our newsletters. RAN  reserves the right to change this privacy policy from time to time.

When we do, we will note the date of the last update at the bottom of  this policy.

For changes to this policy that may be materially less  restrictive on our use or disclosure of your personally identifiable  information, we will obtain your consent before implementing the change  by sending a notice to your primary email address and home address  specified in our records, as well as by placing a prominent notice on  our website.
